Willoughby is an established golf community on Florida’s east coast and an original Arthur Hills design that opened in 1989. Recent efforts by the firm, directed by Drew Rogers included a complete restoration of the bunkers and a renovated (enlarged and enhanced) practice facility and short game areas.
